Two sources of domestic water for the cabin which include a permitted well and a seasonal domestic water tap. Also has a classic but functional outhouse and 1250 gallon septic vault. Enter the cabin from the composite deck that is perfect for sipping your morning coffee and smelling the fresh mountain air. Inside this cozy cabin you will immediately notice the gorgeous antique cookstove that is also fully functional and in excellent condition! This unit also easily provides the heat for the cabin as well. There is also a small electric range/oven and refrigerator. Quaint main floor bedroom and a very nice 3/4 bathroom (plus an additional incinerator toilet) with a water heater closet make up the addition to the original cabin. There is also a cozy loft and you could potentially sleep 5-6 people in the cabin if needed. The lot will be flooded with wildflowers in the summer and has a view of Alexander Lake.
